- Well, it's a big trouble for anyone downloaded from mediafire. This's my way to solve this problem:

or
Use another browser to get the download link (firefox, opera, chrome, safari...)

Delete the internet/browser cache (at TOOLS tab in any browser as usual)
or
Try it again on the next day.

*If the download-link from some movies was deleted by host, just tell me on C-BOX, i'll supply another link as soon as possible.

2. Where is the subtitle?

- Movies that are “hard-subbed” have subtitle, you don’t need to do anything.

- Movies that are not hard-subbed needs a (.srt) file. Search name of the movie you want then download the .srt file from Subscene.com. How to use the subtitle for movies:

Both files need to be in the same folder with the same name!
For example:
the restless.avi
the restless.srt
These two files must be in the same folder in order for the subtitle to show up.
*Note: Subtitle file name can also have the end of (.sub, .idx, ...)

3. Opening files with .001, .002, etc endings?

- If the file has a .rar, then use 7-Zip: hold ctrl and click to select all of file .rar (.001.rar, .002.rar, .003.rar or part1.rar, part2.rar, part3.rar) then right click on them and select “extract here”.

- If the file has a .avi or some other file extension before the .001, .002, .003 or .__a, .__b, .__c then use FFSJ.

- If the file has a .a00 or a01, a02, a03, then use AlZip.

- If the file has a .vnw then rename to .rar and unrar with 7 -Zip.

-If the file has a .hnp then rename to .avi and join files with FFSJ.

4. Why can’t I open/watch the movie?

- Movies comes in all types of formats (.avi, .wmv, .mkv), the player that I recommend using is VLCplayer. Download it, it should play most of the movies.

- If the file has a (.rmvb) ending then you need real player to play it. I recommend using “Real Alternative” instead because it is smaller program then realplayer.

If you need immediate help, please use the Live C-Box, if I am around I will try my best to help you.

5. What is BR-Rip, BD-Rip, DVD-Rip, DVD-Scr, R5, CAM, TS?

My website is only supply BR-Rip, BD-Rip, DVD-Rip, R5, DVD-Scr no CAM, TS or others bad quality.

CAM
A cam is a theater rip usually done with a digital video camera. A mini tripod is sometimes used, but a lot of the time this wont be possible, so the camera make shake. Also seating placement isn’t always idle, and it might be filmed from an angle. If cropped properly, this is hard to tell unless there’s text on the screen, but a lot of times these are left with triangular borders on the top and bottom of the screen. Sound is taken from the onboard microphone of the camera, and especially in comedies, laughter can often be heard during the film. Due to these factors picture and sound quality are usually quite poor, but sometimes we’re lucky, and the theater will be fairly empty and a fairly clear signal will be heard.

TELESYNC (TS)
A telesync is the same spec as a CAM except it uses an external audio source (most likely an audio jack in the chair for hard of hearing people). A direct audio source does not ensure a good quality audio source, as a lot of background noise can interfere. A lot of the times a telesync is filmed in an empty cinema from the projection booth with a professional camera, giving a better picture quality. Quality ranges drastically, check the sample before downloading the full release. A high percentage of Telesyncs are CAMs that have been mislabeled.

DVD-SCREENER (DVDscr)
Same premise as a screener, but transferred off a DVD. Usually letterbox , but without the extras that a DVD retail would contain. The ticker is not usually in the black bars, and will disrupt the viewing. If the ripper has any skill, a DVDscr should be very good. Usually transferred to SVCD or DivX/XviD.

DVDRip
A copy of the final released DVD. If possible this is released PRE retail (for example, Star Wars episode 2) again, should be excellent quality. DVDrips are released in SVCD and DivX/XviD.

R5
R5 refers to a specific format of DVD released in DVD Region 5, the former Soviet Union, and bootlegged copies of these releases that are distributed on the Internet. In an effort to compete with movie piracy, the movie industry chose to create a new format for DVD releases that could be produced more quickly and less expensively than traditional DVD releases. R5 releases differ from normal releases in that they are a direct Telecine transfer of the film without any of the image processing common on DVD releases, and without any special features. This allows the film to be released for sale at the same time that DVD Screeners are released.

WORKPRINT (WP)
A workprint is a copy of the film that has not been finished. It can be missing scenes, music, and quality can range from excellent to very poor. Some WPs are very different from the final print (Men In Black is missing all the aliens, and has actors in their places) and others can contain extra scenes (Jay and Silent Bob) . WPs can be nice additions to the collection once a good quality final has been obtained.

BRRIP and BDRIP
Blue-Ray BRRIP’s and BDRIP’s have been around for quite some time. These two are remarkable in the sense that they’re compatible with standalone home DVD players (with DivX/XviD support), XBOX 360, PS3, and other external peripherals.

These BRRip XviD and BDRip XviD files allow anyone to burn HD-quality Blu-Ray ripped movies on regular DVD media, and playback on most conventional DVD players – without the headaches of re-encoding or DVD authoring. There’s just one catch – you’ll likely need an HDTV to take full advantage of the superior video quality.

BRRip = An XviD encode from a Blu-Ray release (i.e. a 1080p *.mkv file).

BDRip = An XviD encode directly from a source Blu-Ray disk.

NOTE: While both BRRips and BDRips are superior to DVDRips, they are normally released in 720p resolution, since standalone DivX (*.avi) players do not support anything higher than this anyways. They should not be confused with genuine Blu-Ray rips in 1080p, which are usually done in native Blu-Ray files, or as H.264 *.mkv files.
